Course Description

An advanced cruising Standard for individuals with cruising experience. The individual can act as skipper or crew of a 30—50 foot sailing by day in coastal waters. The Standard includes knowledge of boats systems and maintenance procedures.

Prerequisites

  • Basic Keelboat Sailing
  • Basic Coastal Cruising Certification

Our course follows nature’s weather patterns and rhythms, so you may have days on the water from before dawn or sailing until dusk.

Not only you’ll learn everything about bare-boat chartering but you’ll leave the course having ample knowledge about the 900 mile peninsula.

Experience the enigmatic green flash at sunset, and the rabbit figure casted in the moon’s surface at our carefully planned bum fires. And grill your own catch of the day at our famous BBQ’s.

Ability to change itinerary as we go to take full advantage of the weather and marine life observation presence.

Experience the amazing clarity of the star  constellations in this part of the world.

A Reality Sailing certified sailor would be able to successful demonstrate his or her ability to:
